for Photo Purchases

1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, licensing, and use of photographs by LG PHOTOGRAPHY (“the Photographer”).
2. Ownership & Copyright
All photographs are the exclusive property of LG PHOTOGRAPHY and are protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a photo does not transfer ownership or copyright unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Licensing & Usage Rights
Upon purchase, the buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photo for personal or agreed-upon commercial use.
Usage rights may include:
Personal display (e.g., home, social media with credit)
Commercial use (e.g., websites, marketing) — only if a commercial license is purchased
Prohibited Uses:
Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the photos
Altering the image in a way that misrepresents LG PHOTOGRAPHY’s work
Using the images for unlawful or defamatory purposes
4. Payment & Delivery
All sales are final. Payments must be completed before digital or physical delivery. No refunds will be issued for digital downloads unless required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
LG PHOTOGRAPHY is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of purchased photos.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or small claims court where applicable.
